The London Triathlon

50% of people who take part each year have never done a triathlon before. Why not get fit for summer!

The BBC will be filming the expected 8,000 competitors. This is the largest triathlon in the world and incorporates key London landmarks such as Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge and The Houses of Parliament.

Participants entering the 'Sprint' category swim 750m ( in the very clean Royal Victoria Dock), cycle 20km and run 5km - or double these distances for the 'Olympic' category. You may compete individually or as part of a team of 2 or 3 people. Why not ask your company to match your team's fundraising total?

Hydro Active Women's Challenge

Hydro Active are the new sponsors running a 5km fun run, exclusively for women. It's held simultaneously in Hyde Park, London and Hyde Park, Birmingham. We are now recruiting for September 2006.

We are constantly looking for adventurous people to jump out of an aeroplane in aid of Honeypot. You can choose to make your jump from one of 25 airfields across the country and if you raise £350 or more you can jump for free!
